I am currently renting a property through Your Local Rental and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Amanda Underwood, the property manager for our place is very understanding, will go above and beyond to keep tennants happy and is a pleasure to deal with. For example; I locked myself out of my house late a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night and she came to the rescue with some spare keys even though my phone call had woken her up... Lucinda
